Not often do I put 'the' in front of a character's title... or any title, for that matter. I kind of think this guy deserves it, though. Quite a vicious one.
I'm rather pleased with the effects of the pencil work; these are only flat colours, and I much prefer the feel of non-CG shading. The background was a sort of test while learning how to use my graphics tablet; I'm not entirely pleased with how it came out, but it works.
